The Doomer Era: Living With Hopelessness and a Lack of Spirit

Darren Hardy, in his book, The Compound Effect, says that success cannot be bought, only rented. This concept relates deeply to keeping the doomer mindset at bay. Doomer life is characterized by a sense of dread and jadedness -- it's a state I've lived in for many years and many of you have told me you relate. To keep the doomer frozen and suppressed, we've got to cultivate our internal spirit. It's a daily battle, but as I see it, the only way to proceed.
