He also argued that Lodha Group's selling tactics had become a lot more liberal than they used to be, and in order to win the customer's trust, Lodha Group was now allowing flat visits across various projects, and that it was holding flats for customers for even a small token of 1%. He tried to convince me that forfeiting of 10% booking amount was a thing of the past.
