Pretty Capone Promotions’ (PCP) Director and Founder Pretty Capone, started an
interactive internet radio station in 2008. Capone, whose parents originated from Jamaica had the
vision to create a station which would promote and produce all aspects of music because of the
belief in the music of the people. The England based station started out with music segments
from disc jockeys based in the United States of America. Soon afterward, PCP branched out to
include interviews with young, talented artists.
Currently, the internet radio station is working with many artists from Jamaica, United Kingdom
and Africa. Also, the musical entity is in negotiations with dick jockeys such as Manila from the
Philippines, Jakarta from Indonesia, djs from Africa and Jamaica (the home of Reggae) to
broadcast. Artists which we have worked with includes: Kenny Rogers, Maxi Priest, Beres
Hammond, UB40,The Isley Brothers, Fantasia, ,Ninja Man, Daddy Freddy, Beenie Man,
Shaggy, Vybz Kartel, Richard Stevens, Black Rhino, Danny English, Alozade, Eggnog, Baby
Cham, Singer J, Jason Sweetness, Luca Kirk, Pinchers, Half Pint, Luck Dube and many more.
The broadcast will concentrate mainly on interviews as a way of exposing the young upcoming
artist. PCP firmly believes in promoting a chance for artists from all walks of life to be heard.
