Week 1 Workout 4 | 4 Week Garage Strength Gains Program Mike O'Hearn Close Grip day. 5x3 heavy, 5x3 moderate back down sets. Today I went slightly off plan, filmed a great podcast with Sadik Hadzovic and had to shorten up the workout, but still got the volume in. After close grip, move on to tricep extensions, 5x10. You can do biceps if you want, but I am letting the biceps take the backseat, while I focus on the power movements. Remember, this is the first week of this training so Im still getting comfortable with the movements. If you are looking for specific training percentages, that will come soon. No gym? This video isn't going anywhere, and it will always be here for you guys to learn from.
