Hello!! My name is Maddie and I am a 17 year old with a passion for health and fitness. I began my weight loss journey in late 2018 when I was 15 years old. At that time I was almost 230 pounds and I was tired of constantly feeling bad about myself. I had been overweight my entire life—I was actually classified as “obese.” I have since lost about 60 pounds and found my love for lifting weights! Right now I am working towards competitive powerlifting and I’m so excited to see what the future holds!
