How to sew mitered corner napkins using scrap fabric

How to sew mitered corner napkins using scrap fabric In this video, I show how to easily sew your own cloth napkins with mitered corners. Using cloth napkins instead of disposable napkins is a great way to save money and be more sustainable. You can even use scrap fabric which means they’re basically free. I use scrap fabric that I’ve pieced together using French seams. I think these napkins would also make great holiday gifts for friends and family.

For a finished napkin size of 16” square, I cut my fabric 19” and am using a hem allowance of 1.5” on each side. You can make your napkin or tea towel any size you want.
