After watching this review you will know more about the Archeer K380 handheld wireless microphone.
One thing to note is that the receiver can also be paired with your smartphone via Bluetooth.
In my testing, the microphone performed nicely connect to my camera, although it would output mono only on the left channel.
Something I could easily fix in the video editing software afterwards.
However, I wish they would have included a different adapter so you can mount the receiver directly on the camera and connect it via a separate cable.
Going on testing the wireless mic with my old firewire audio interface the signal was too weak for a line-level input, so make sure to check your external audio interface first what input it offers.
Testing the handheld microphone with my Yamaha mixer it performed much better.
Also, if your mixer has the one-knob compression feature, it is worth playing around with the settings since it can further enhance the sound of the mic.
Overall a budget-friendly mic with good sound, however, some limitations may apply in this price segment.
