The warm up for this home workout consists of side stepping, jump rope jumps, high knees, and jumping jacks. After that, you’ll move into some stretches and then into body weight exercises. These exercises include side lunges, standing side crunches, and more. Once through, Kelly will lead you through a cool down and finish up the home workout.
