Super Spicy Belacan Fried Rice | Nasi Goreng Belacan If you have been under quarantine for so long, this is what you need to spice up your life, a super spicy and delicious fried rice with belacan/shrimp paste. This recipe uses anything available in your fridge is still good to consume, chicken or vegetables. However, the main ingredients are cooked rice, chilli, garlic and belacan and the rest are totally optional.

Ingredients (4 servings)
6 cup of cooked rice
150g of frozen vegetables
150g of pork balls (chicken, prawns, fishcake)
3 chicken eggs
6 cloves of garlic
12 pieces of red bird's eye chilli
1 tbsp of belacan (shrimp paste)
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
