In Battle For Azeroth, many abilities were put on the Global Cooldown. This was widely regarded as a bad decision, but Blizzard had their reasons and is sticking to their guns in Shadowlands. Given their goals, how can we fix some of the worst feeling moments caused by the new paradigm? I have some ideas, but let me know in the comments if you think something else would be better, or if you think my ideas suck!
