The President of the ICT Association of Saint Lucia says call Centres are faced with two choices – they either adhere to the social distancing guidelines, or suspend operations.
Members of the public, including employees of a number of call centres on island continue to allege that they continue to operate with little to no regard for the health and safety of staff.
