Get enough sleep and rest when you are not feeling well
Cardio exercises for 20-30 minutes daily
Shower and wash your hair too
Follow your skincare routine
Wear minimal makeup
Keeping your place clean and organised
Do things in moderation
Don't over eat or exercise too much
Try to follow your normal routine
Change your cloths and look good
Listen to audio books or podcasts / read books
Invest more time and energy in your relationships with people you care about
Watch comedies on TV (Les Norton is a great TV show)
Make sure you always smell good
Drink lots of water
Smile a lot :)
