The nationwide lockdown cannot be abruptly lifted. That was the overriding message when Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs Minister, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma and other ministers briefed the public yesterday on amendments to the State of National Disaster Regulations.
