Level 1-2 class to is half vinyasa flow and half yin-like yoga. The first half of the practice warms the body in an accessible, steady flow practice that moves intentionally from one pose to the next using the breath. The second half o the class is on the floor in therapeutic yoga poses aimed as lengthened the muscles and connective tissues fo the body. Find a steady flow of movement with breath then relax, unwind and restore.
